Commercial/ Business Litigation
Many competent attorneys, who handle business transactions and drafting, do not wish to be involved themselves in litigation. If you are involved in complex business litigation you need an experienced legal advocate. Commercial litigation may include complex issues such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, partnership dissolution, and shareholder rights. We will turn our litigation experience to your advantage in these complex cases. As our successful track records in litigation demonstrate, Cole, Easley, Sciba & Williams P. C. attorneys have the technical aptitudes and legal know-how to translate and present highly complex information at trial. Our attorneys bring decades of experience and a history of victories on behalf of our clients. We also accept referrals from other attorneys and have helped other attorneys in litigation as local or associated counsel.
No Fee Unless Recovery in Contingent-Fee Cases
We have successfully represented all types of clients from individuals to small businesses and corporations. In business litigation, we represent both plaintiffs and defendants (in separate matters). Because of our firm’s stability, history and financial resources, we have the ability to represent selected clients on contingent-fee basis. This means there are no fees or litigation expenses unless we achieve results on our client’s behalf. Please ask our attorneys if your case qualifies for this fee structure.
Other commercial litigation cases are handled on an hourly-fee basis. Because Cole, Easley, Sciba & Williams, P.C. does not have hundreds of attorneys and layers of management, our firm provides cost-effective solutions without a bureaucratic maze of hourly charges.
